About the event

Celebrate Dolphin Place and the Puget Sound Native Tree Garden's 50th year in existence by taking a guided tour through two acres of old growth forest and estuary. Learn the rich tapestry of the natural history of the Salish Sea and Puget trough while being introduced to one of the largest collections of native tree species in the Pacific Northwest. The ancient guide will regale you with stories of the waters, trees, and adventures of the peoples gone by and show you the secrets of the hidden mosses and other small treasures. Restricted to twelve individuals at a time, ages 13-70. Blue jeans and comfortable boots advised. Must be able to navigate uneven trails as difficult as the worst in our Park System without worry.
